Mistletoe (est. 1989) is a small, family-owned vineyard and winery located on Hermitage Road, Pokolbin in the beautiful lower Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia.

Mistletoe was rated by James Halliday as one of the 10 dark horses of the Australian Wine Industry in 2007 and has been awarded a 5 star rating in the 2007 and 2008 editions of Halliday's Australian Wine Companion.

In 2009 and 2010 James Halliday raised Mistletoe's rating to 5 "red" stars- the highest rating given (other than Winery of the Year) and puts Mistletoe in the top 105 (6%) of all wineries in Australia!

Peterson Champagne House is located at the Gateway to Hunter Valley wine country. Tatler Wines & Restaurant is situated in the lovedale section of the Hunter Valley. The Verandah Restaurant is located at the hostoric Calais Estate. You can dine inside (with the open fire raging in the winter) or al-fresco on the verandah overlooking the vines and the brokenback ranges. The menu is a tapas style menu and their most famous dish is the 'trio of oysters' done in different styles. A dish that's always hard to go past.

Aside from the great range of Calais Estate wines available , the wine list offers wines from many of the Hunter Valley's great producers as well as other regions.
